Waiver – Originating Automotive Key

because I do not have an existing key.

I am aware that Carey My Keys is unable to guarantee the key will program in my vehicle since there are no existing keys and they are unaware of any potential existing mechanical issues with my car.

Once the key is cut for my vehicle, I understand that I own that key even if it didn’t program because of mechanical issues. Carey My Keys is not a license mechanic and although might be able to provide information & possible diagnosis, this is not guaranteed and they do not offer any mechanical repairs.

Key originating will not cause mechanical failures and if the vehicle shows adverse effects after the key has been originated, I will not hold Carey My Keys responsible.

I agree to pay for this service in full and understand that the key may serve as a diagnostic purpose and will not hold Carey My Keys responsible if the key(s) don’t program.
